Designed by Bauhaus members Wagenfeld and Jucker and produced since 1923, the lamp, also known as “the Bauhaus lamp” was manufactured in Dessau, Germany, an early example of student designs that were mass-produced. A version of this lamp is still in production today by Techno-lumen and is one of the most popular classics of 20th century design.
